The Inside Out Breakfast Club has been set up especially to support those leading in-house creative teams in the UK. These hour-long, group coaching calls on Zoom held monthly are by invitation only.
Why
The Inside Out Breakfast club has been created by Emma Sexton, CEO and Founder of MYWW. It is a group coaching style format designed to provide support, advice, inspiration and networking opportunities to the next generation of trailblazing in-house creative team leaders.
We know you all face similar challenges and ambitions, so this is a unique opportunity for you to learn from your peers, share best practice and take your in-house creative team to new heights in 2021.
Our Structure
Hosted by Emma Sexton, this virtual Breakfast Club coaching session will enable you to:
- Gain clarity and prioritise what needs to be done next
- Identify new skills and ideas and consider how these can be implemented into your team
- Uncover obstacles and identify how you can solve them

Who is it for?
Our group coaching calls are for those leading in-house creative teams only. To be eligible, these teams must have 3 or more team members.
Our Breakfast Club group coaching calls are by invitation only. We are, however, always open to meeting new connections. So, if you are a senior leader within an in-house team and think the Breakfast Club may be of interest to you, then do get in touch sarah@insideoutawards.com

About the Host
Emma Sexton started her career over 25 years ago as a graphic designer working within agencies. After completing an MA in Design Management from the London College of Communication she continued her career in-house, leading and transforming internal creative teams.
Emma is a board-level advisor on design strategy to brands and businesses. In 2016 Emma was shortlisted for The Drum's Creative Woman of the Year, named as a Creative Pool Top 100 Influencer 2017 & 2018 and The Dots 100 trailblazers 2020. In May 2017 Emma was appointed Creative In Residence at King's College, London, Entrepreneurial Institute and Imperial College, London advising their start-up ventures on how they can leverage design and branding for business success.
About the Inside Out Awards:
In 2013 Emma founded the Inside Out Awards. These awards were created to champion, celebrate and acknowledge the business impact in-house teams have on the brands they sit within.
